About Us
The Mergex Group was formed in 2006 by Dr. Yaz Bilimoria who had been pondering a solution to years of frustrating commutes around Chicago. His technical background in materials, computer systems, and business development helped him design a solution grounded in the reality that commuters and DOTs (Departments of Transportation) would embrace a cost effective system that paid for itself in the span of a few months. He remains active in various organizations involved with business and social causes.
Dr. Bilimoria was joined in his endeavor by Dr. Manek Dustoor who serves as Vice President for Business Development. Dr. Dustoor has been associated with materials development for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, energy generation, and office furniture. Prior to joining The Mergex Group he had an active consulting practice that assisted clients with marketing, business development, idea generation, and organizational development.

Dr. Gabriel Gomes – Dr Gomes is a post-doctoral researcher with the Institue for Transportation Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. His expertise is in the application of control theory to transportation.
Dr. David Noyce – Dr. Noyce is an Associate Professor and Director of the Wisconsin Traffic Operations & Safety ( TOPS) Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has extensive experience in the use of simulators for research in traffic operations and safety.
Dr. Michael Sivak – Dr. Sivak is a Research Professor at the University of Michigan where he heads the Human Factors Division. He is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of vision, perception, cognition, and driver performance. He is also the founder and director of the Strategic Worldwide Transportation 2020.
John Lower – Mr. Lower is currently President of Circulation Systems Associates; he was formerly Traffic and Transportation Manager for the City of Anahiem, California.
